1. Return Eligibility

You can return items within 7 days of delivery if:

• They are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• They are defective, wrong size, or wrong item

2. How to Return

• Email us at support@livingtoolwear.com with your order ID & reason

• Our team will initiate a reverse pickup

3. Refund Process

Refunds are credited within 5–7 working days  to your original source account after return approval and inspection.

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method

• COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance sale items

• Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling
